Mystery vegetable

I don't know what this stuff is.
It came with my organic Bountiful Baskets order.
It is thicker than lettuce,
spicier than cabbage,
too strong for salads.
I expect it will probably taste pretty good
if I saute it in a little olive oil and garlic...

I believe that's pak choy, otherwise known as Chinese white cabbage. It looks delicious :)

Aha! Well, sauté was definitely the way to go. It tasted great.
