This is Norwich castle, a Norman keep heavily restored in the 20th century.
It now houses an arts museum.

Also in Norfolk was Castle Acre, in a pretty ruinous state, though the earthworks (like the ones flanking this gatehouse) were really cool and apparently some of the best preserved earthworks in England.
