Bed, Breakfast and Beyond

I love staying with Aunt Elaine and Uncle Reed.

They are so welcoming and fun.
Their house is so cool.
And Aunt Elaine is an amazing cook!
One morning we had omelets for breakfast:

One night she made ratatouille, which I had never had before.

(Basically it's sauteed onions, eggplant, red peppers and mushrooms. YUM!)

Typically they have dinner on a tray on small tables back in their bedroom while watching TV.
With just a bit of a squeeze there was room to put me back there, too, so we have been having very relaxing evenings there together!
